Susan Gladstein creates faith-led retreat experiences for women who are ready to stop putting themselves last and start living with more energy, adventure, clarity, and joy.

After 23 years in the Air Force, raising a blended family, having babies again in her 40s, and rebuilding her own health, Susan knows what it feels like to carry a lot for a long time. She also knows the world may tell women midlife is when they should slow down, shrink back, or settle, but she believes this can be the season where women come alive in a whole new way.

Her retreats are designed to help women feel nourished, connected, adventurous, and more like themselves again. Susan leads with faith, warmth, honesty, and the belief that women were never meant to live depleted, and that their next chapter can feel lighter, freer, and more alive than they imagined.
